It seems like all of these callers are cold callers who somehow possess knowledge about my personal information! Strangely, the only thing they don't seem to know is that I have never had a PPI in my entire life. I have attempted to politely ask them not to call me, as well as expressing anger towards them, but nothing seems to work. (I suspect that companies like BT may be selling our information.) Supposedly, any documents or online statements you receive should include a small box that you need to tick if you don't want your information to be shared. 😠 However, what they should actually be transparent about is stating, "We will sell your private information to scammers, unless you manage to find the small box and ensure that we cannot do so." BE CAUTIOUS, EVERYONE!
