Looks like a dodgy BT scam. Got a robo call warning me’d lose my broadband unless I hit 1, which I reckon just links you to an expensive number. Best to just hang up and ignore it. Loads of calls came through from different digits all with the same threat. If you get one, be ready for a flood of calls after that.

Got a dodgy call claiming to be from BT, saying they’d cut off my broadband unless I hit 1 - pretty sure it just dials a premium number. Best thing to do is hang up straight away and don’t bother pressing anything. Loads of calls came through from different numbers all saying the same thing. If you get one of these, expect them to keep ringing non-stop afterwards. Just ignore and move on.
