Just went ahead and blocked the number.

Kept ringing so I picked up thinking it was someone I was waiting for but there was a pause when I asked who it was, no answer, so I just ended the call and blocked the number right away. Total spam!

Got a call from a strange number, I chose not to pick up. Loads of times I've had calls from almost the same number, but every time I block it, they just swap a digit and ring me back. It's really annoying.

Like a few others here, I’ve had calls from this number quite a bit. Since the area code is the same as mine, I usually pick up thinking it could be the doctor’s or something work-related. But it turns out to be nothing but annoying spam - there’s just silence, lots of weird background sounds, and then they hang up on me.

Picked up the phone, there was a brief silence, then this woman asked for Mr and Mrs [whatever]. I told her she’d got the wrong number and said bye. She just kept going on even after I ended the call!
