I got a call from a recorded voice pretending to be BT, saying my IP address had been hacked from abroad. They told me to press 1 to get it fixed. Totally a scam, so I just ended the call. Lately, I’ve been getting loads of calls like this but from different numbers each time. This time the caller blocked their number, but thankfully my provider still managed to spot it and block it for me.
