Same here, they ring me like 2 or 3 times every day, but I haven't added them to my blocked list. My phone just silences and rejects the calls. When I ask who it is, they mumble something like 'life insurance' or 'UK pension', all quiet and unclear. I keep asking them to repeat, one time it’s 'pensions UK', next it’s 'UK life insurance', always in that muffled way like they’re trying to hide who they really are. Proper dodgy, plus the voice sounds Asian as well.

Got a call from someone who knew my name, trying to sell me cheaper phone bills. The background was really loud and I think it was about 4.20pm. When I told them I already have a contract, they got the message and ended the call.

Some bloke rang me saying he worked for italk and could help me cut down on my broadband costs. He seemed proper legit at first, but then he started asking for my DOB, email, and bank info. I got a bit suspicious and he tried to convince me it was just how their company worked and that they couldn’t lower my bill without those details. Maybe I’m just being too cautious, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving out that kind of info to random callers. If I want a better broadband deal, I’ll ring up the company myself.
