This number keeps ringing me non stop every single day. Sometimes they just hang up straight away, other times they’re asking for a Mrs Wright or something like that. Today they called me loads of times again and when I told the guy on the phone to stop, he said something like “I’ll keep calling you till you’re dead.” The man sounded like he was Indian. Honestly, I’m definitely going to report this number.

This number has rung me twice within a couple of hours. The first call was just strange - they said something like "I'm calling about your computer." I asked what exactly they meant by that, and then they just cut off. Later on, they called again, claiming to be tech support doing a routine check on my computer. They told me to open the Run dialog and enter MSCONFIG to check running apps and services. He then tried convincing me that the stopped apps were due to missing files and warned that if I hadn't taken the call, I’d lose everything on my machine. I explained that those services are just ones not set to launch on startup, and then he hung up. Honestly, do these scammers ever get how obvious they are? Plus, their number is bogus - ringing back just leads to an automated voice saying the number doesn't exist.

somebody rang earlier today saying there was a problem with my computer updates and wanted to get into my laptop remotely. they said they were from microsoft or windows or something, helping sort out virus and update issues. but i ain’t got any issues with my computer at all. played along a little, then asked them to prove who they were. as soon as i did, they just hung up on me.

I’m pretty cautious when the caller ID just says “External call.” Answered once and gave them the last four of my mobile before realising all I could hear was some weird tune playing, no one actually spoke. I ended the call there and now I’ve tagged that number as one to watch out for. Not much more I can say about it really!
