Got hit by a credit card fraud. My card was charged twice without my approval. Since Amazon doesn’t have my card info saved, I knew something was fishy. I’ve already blocked the number now.

Beware of this bank asking for your credit card details. They want you to press 1, but whatever you do, don’t! It’s a total scam.

Got a call saying there were issues with my Amazon card payment. Didn’t hang about, just ended the call. 100% a scam.

I got a call that claimed to be from my bank, but usually they don’t ring me - they just send an email telling me to check my online messages. Also, my bank isn't based anywhere near Bude, Cornwall, and they never call from a local number. I’m happy I just hung up and went online to look over my account for any dodgy activity.

Got a robocall from a woman saying she was from Barclaycard, telling me there was a £500 purchase on Amazon. She wanted me to hit 1 if I wanted to dispute it, or 2 to just approve it. Didn’t bother sticking around, just ended the call straight away!

Got a call from a lady sounding like a robot, saying she was from Visa card services. She mentioned my eBay and Amazon accounts, claiming there was a £500 charge and told me to press 1 to approve it. I reckon if I’d pressed anything, I’d have been hooked up with some dodgy scammer. Already passed it on to action fraud.

Got a call on my landline and left this vague voicemail two times about "unauthorised transactions". Sounds like a scam to me. Could definitely worry someone who isn’t expecting it.

Got a call from a robot voice warning me about a couple of strange purchases on one of my cards (any card they've got on file, I guess). Pretty clear that was a scam, so I just ended the call straight away.
