This number isn’t one I recognise around here. If it’s a stranger, I usually wait for them to start talking first. But this time, no one said anything and there was just some weird background noise, like people mumbling. Seems like those 0898 numbers have started forwarding calls using local area codes and also some mobile digits now. It’s really annoying!
