Seems like I got caught up in a dodgy call claiming to be from BT. An Indian chap was on the line, raving about how my prompt bill payments meant I was in line for cheaper calls. However, the blokes kept mucking up my name and personal details, which set off alarm bells. In the end, I decided enough was enough and hung up-there was just something off about the whole conversation!
