Got a call from a bloke claiming he was with Cornwall Fire and Rescue. He wanted to set up a free home safety check, asking loads about smoke alarms and stuff around the house. He also asked if I'd had a visit from the police lately. I ended up reporting it to the cops, who told me it was a scam and that it was likely a spoofed number. They didn’t bother tracing the call though.
