Just got a text saying a technician will visit on 21/04/22 from 12 to 5pm and to ring 03333055617 if I have any questions. Problem is, I never arranged any appointment. Pretty sure that 03 number is dodgy and a scam, so I’m staying well clear of it.

Like many here, I got a text just thanking me for using their service. They didn’t ask for any feedback or anything, just a simple message of thanks. Pretty straightforward and not pushy at all.

Got three texts within a minute, all saying "thanks for using our service, please share your feedback" with a link thrown in there. I didn’t tap on it and definitely won’t. No clue who sent it, so don’t even think about clicking. Pretty clear it’s some sort of scam or phishing attempt.
