pretty sure it was some kind of fake robot bloke on the line, claiming to be from bt tech support. he warned me my internet would be disconnected in a day because they spotted hacking on my ip. kept telling me to press numbers on my phone but it was obviously dodgy. having a recorded version of the call wouldnt have mattered either.
