I got a call from someone saying there was a problem with my internet or phone line. At first, they said they were from BT, but when I told them I don’t use BT, they quickly changed their story and said they worked for Virgin instead. When I asked them what kind of internet connection I should have, they just said something about Google (###), but didn’t explain anything else. I ended up hanging up after that.
