This was clearly a total rip off, some pre-recorded voicemail claiming to be from Talktalk saying my service would be disconnected. When I started calling them out as fraudsters, I could tell someone was actually there because they just ended the call straight away. Don’t know what they hoped to achieve since I never let the message finish (this was the third call I got today) and I’ve blocked this number for good now.
