This’s clearly a scam, best to just ignore the call.

so this morning i got a call saying my broadband's getting cut off by BT, but here's the thing - i’m not even a BT customer. i thought they supplied internet across the UK? i told the person this and they just ended the call on me. bit dodgy if you ask me.
