So I picked up the phone and these people said they were from some care-phone thing, trying to sell me a deal on the S21. I kinda foolishly gave them my name and address. But the moment they started asking for my bank info, I realised it was dodgy and just hung up. Fingers crossed they don't use my info for anything bad, hope I caught it in time.

Received a call claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. When I expressed my disinterest and requested they take my number off their list, the chap on the other end simply refused, repeatedly saying “Noooooo.” I was taken aback and asked for clarification, to which he obnoxiously repeated “Nooooooo” and started making odd noises over the line. That was my cue to terminate the call. Definitely gives off a dodgy vibe-looks like a bunch of scammers to me!

Someone posing as an O2 representative contacted me with a rather peculiar offer, their English was quite shaky and they kept flipping from one thing to another.
