Once more, scammers are at it. I've just got a new sim and haven't even put the number on any site or shared it with anyone, but still the calls keep coming. Honestly, phone providers need to put a stop to these foreign VOIP calls. I don't mind if it causes trouble for UK firms with proper overseas call centres, something’s gotta be done about this nuisance.

I couldn’t make out who was calling, the line was full of crackles and the voice had such a thick accent I struggled to understand a word. They mentioned something about a 30% discount, but every time I asked them to repeat or where they were ringing from, the call just got cut off.

Got a missed call from this number and decided to ring back. It was definitely some kind of call centre, not sure if it's a real office or just virtual, but they make outgoing cold calls for loads of different companies. They try to push sales without any warning, which I find pretty annoying. To me, these are just spam calls, and if they keep ringing, it borders on harassment.
