Today, I was inundated with three separate phone calls featuring a recorded message purporting to be from BT, warning that our internet service would be cut off by the end of the day and prompting us to press either 1 or 2 for further assistance. It's worth mentioning that we don’t even have an account with BT, so we’re well aware this is an attempt at a scam. Unfortunately, we’re unable to halt these incessant calls. Would you be so kind as to look into this number? I managed to obtain it by calling 1471 right after the initial call came through this morning. It could potentially be linked to some nefarious activity by this unidentified caller.
