this number rang me earlier today. a woman speaking with a strong Indian accent answered, but i had no clue where she was ringing from. i asked her to say it again since there was so much noise behind her and i couldnt catch what she said. then she just cut the call off in a really abrupt way. i tried calling back but the line wouldn’t go through. now i just blocked the number.
