Got a call from someone saying they were with EE, offering 30% off my bill and a replacement SIM because mine supposedly needed changing and would be cut off in two days. The lady who rang had a strong Asian accent, but when she asked me for my email I got suspicious since they’d have that info already. She seemed a bit flustered and then passed me to her “manager”, a really pushy Asian bloke who came across way too forceful to be from EE. I ended up just hanging up straight away.
