I have no clue why someone from Burnley is ringing me. I never tap on any links. I'm registered with WHICH to report scams and they normally warn me about dodgy calls. Obviously, this number wasnt flagged since scammers keep switching them. Best to ignore any calls like this.

Said they were from BT and told me my internet was running slow, then asked me to check it myself. After that, they wanted me to install Teamviewer so they could get into my laptop - total SCAM! Never let anyone persuade you to install Teamviewer on your computer!

They claimed I signed up online, but I know for sure I didn’t. I mentioned GDPR and told them to erase all my info from their database. Really not impressed with how this was handled!

I was asked for Mrs Farrar, told him he had the wrong number. He then said it was o2 and that calls are recorded. All well and good, but as I said, he dialled the wrong number, so I just said goodbye.
