Some bloke named John called me saying I’d bought an iPhone 13 through my Amazon account, which I definitely hadn’t. When I told him I didn’t, he just ended the call straight away. It was pretty clear it was a scam. He spoke with an Indian accent and his English wasn’t great, plus there was loads of background noise.

Last night, I received a call inquiring whether I'd ordered an iPhone 13 through my Amazon account. The truth is, I absolutely hadn't made such a purchase. When I falsely claimed that I had, they promptly ended the call. It’s clear to me now that it was a dodgy scam attempt.

they keep ringing me from loads of numbers that all look almost the same. every time i block one, they just switch to a different but very similar one. it's really annoying!

Got a call from a woman speaking with an Indian accent claiming to be from Amazon about some order worth £700. I said I'd verify and ring Amazon myself, then she just cut the call right away. Seems like a total scam to me.
