Not having a clue who was on the other end, I pressed '1' thinking it might clarify things. Instead, I was left waiting in limbo, subjected to a continuous loop of music for a good twenty minutes or so! Talk about being naive! This just took place, and now I'm quite anxious about what my next phone bill might reveal! 😟
