Received a call from this number earlier today, 14 January 2014. The caller didn’t introduce themselves and inquired if they had reached a certain business. When I responded that they hadn’t, they went on to question whether they had connected with an accounting firm instead, to which I replied no once more. They then declared that they must have dialed incorrectly and promptly hung up. Out of curiosity, I searched the number on Google and it turns out they are affiliated with a firm by the name of DLC, which appears to specialise in debt collection.
