It's quite peculiar, really. I dialled the number, only to be met with a recorded announcement that my National Insurance number has been misused, and they're on about cancelling it. I attempted to reach out using my landline, but all I got was an answering machine blabbering on about some box or another. No actual person in sight! What a nuisance!
