I just had a rather unsettling call on my home phone, in which the person informed my daughter that they had an appointment to view our property with a Mr. Bell. This is particularly upsetting considering my husband passed away last November; the call has caused her a great deal of distress. It's absolutely unacceptable for anyone to act in such a manner.
