Its from the alarm monitoring service, they call the number registered with them. I believe its a call centre that handles several alarm firms since ours is Southern Monitoring for Templewood Alarm Services.

This number keeps ringing me at work - it’s always the same lady, who’s quite rude and never bothers to explain what she wants. She just assumes I understand what she’s talking about.
