It’s a firm that watches alarms called Yeomans. If you get in touch with your company’s security chief, they should be able to give you a phone number to ring Yeomans back. They have this setup for safety reasons. I've got two numbers myself - one for Yeomans coming in and one for Yeomans going out.

This company is an alarm monitoring service (central station) located in Bishop Stratford that contacts you if an alarm system you're registered as a key holder for gets triggered. I think the firm is called Yeoman. It's all legit and secure. What annoyed me, though, is that you can’t ring them back. I got three calls, each about half an hour apart, late at night just before midnight. When I finally answered on the third ring, a polite man told me the alarm associated with me had gone off. It turned out to be genuine, not some nuisance call like I initially thought.

I received calls from this number at an ungodly hour-1:15am, 3:00am, and again at 7:40am. Since I didn't know who it was, I opted to ignore the calls, particularly given the unsociable times!
