Got a voicemail claiming to be from BT warning that my internet was about to be disconnected. It told me to hit '1' to chat with an agent or '2' to cancel service. BT confirmed on Twitter that it's a total scam, so don’t press any buttons. Best thing is to just end the call and block the number straight away.
