So I got a call from a woman claiming she was with debt collection, then she switched and started trying to get me to renew a contract with 02. When I rang back, some bloke picked up saying he was from upgrade my mobile. Pretty confusing if you ask me!

I received a rather curious phone call from someone claiming to be from 'debt collect'. Oddly enough, they then proceeded to suggest an upgrade for my O2 phone contract. Curiosity got the better of me, so when I ended the call and rang back, a chap on the other end identified the line as 'upgrade my mobile'. Quite the confusing experience, to say the least!

So I got a call from someone saying they were from 02, offering me an upgrade on my mobile. Problem is, I've still got like 18 months left on my current contract. I told them straight up that it wasn't possible because my phone contract isn't even up yet.

i got a call from a lady who said she was with 02, telling me my contract was nearly up - when in fact it’s not at all. i kept telling her that i wasnt due for any upgrade, and after a bit she just ended the call.

Got a call from someone saying it was O2 about an upgrade, but my upgrade isn't actually due for another two years, not until October. Been getting calls like this all the time.

I recently had a call from mob upgrade and honestly, they were pretty alright, not pushy at all. Usually when I ask to be taken off a list, people get quite rude or try to persuade me to stick around, but these guys were cool and handled it well. No hassle, which was a nice change.
