So this friendly woman rang me up saying it was time for a phone upgrade. She patiently talked me through the different plans and even helped me understand why my bills were so high. In the end, she arranged for a brand new phone to be sent to me and knocked £10 off my monthly charge. I’d say this is a legit number with genuine and helpful telemarketers!
