Assure Protect keep ringing me way more often now, always starting with something like "have you looked over your life insurance plan lately?" They just cold call out of the blue. The staff sound pretty annoying, a bit rude and not the sharpest. Whenever I try to question them or push back, they just put the phone down straight away.

Just got a call from a new number, 01267863336, saying they were Assured Protect and wanted to go over my life insurance. Thing is, I haven’t checked or changed anything in ages. When I asked which company I was insured with, they just cut me off. Tried calling back and got the same treatment when I questioned them. Feels dodgy, so I’m planning to report this to the FSA.

Not really bothered by their calls, so I’m thinking of blocking this number on my work phone!

Got a call from a number claiming it was about life insurance. I told them to send me any questions by email because I wanted things in writing. Couldn’t figure out who they were for ages. This came through on my work phone. When I finally picked up after a couple of rings, they just hung up like I was too slow to answer or something. Proper odd!
