The caller provides no real details regarding the purpose of their call, and the moment I mention they’ve dialled the wrong number, they promptly disconnect. If you request to speak with a supervisor, they hang up as well, only to ring back again in half an hour with the same relentless inquiry. The frequency of these calls is increasing, and any attempt to engage with them is fruitless as they just drop the call when faced with questions about their identity. How maddening!
