This feels like a scam, with all sorts of background sounds going on that clearly aren't from a call centre. The voice was so muffled that it was impossible to catch what they were saying, putting me off balance right from the start. They had the audacity to ask how I was doing before even bothering to introduce themselves. It’s textbook fraudulent behaviour, if you ask me… Best to steer clear and keep your mouth zipped!
