Sounds like a scam to me. There was some weird noise in the background, not like the usual call centre chatter, more like another phone ringing or something. The person’s voice was all muffled, making it hard to catch what they were saying, probably to confuse you. They actually asked how I was before saying who they were - proper dodgy move. Totally the usual tricks scammers use... Best to just hang up and say nothing.
