I got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon Prime, telling me my subscription would automatically renew and that I should contact them to cancel it. At first, it was an automated voice, but eventually, I spoke to a real person who definitely seemed annoyed when I asked them to remind me what I’d ordered last time.
