There's a business operating out of ***(Centec Business Centre, Stopgate Lane, Liverpool L9 6AW)*** run by a woman who hires young people to relentlessly call private numbers, trying to reel in accident claim victims. This is clearly illegal and should be reported through this site:

You can also contact Centec and ask for Kerry, the woman who works in their call centre. Keep ringing her to see how she likes it because this business is functioning unlawfully from those premises.
I've got information from several sources and this is part of a wider inquiry into such dodgy operations.

I keep getting phone calls from these lot, seriously, even in the middle of the night around 3am. It’s getting well annoying now!

Got a call about some accident they said I was involved in - told them I hadn’t had any accident lately and they just kept saying, “No, you must have.” It’s really frustrating. I get loads of these annoying calls all the time.

I keep getting nonstop calls on my mobile about some accident claims. Whenever I answer and tell them to buzz off, they just hang up! It’s weird how they’re so quick to be pests but don’t like it when the tables are turned. Really feels like it’s a one-way street. What about our right to privacy and basic human rights? They called me back again, and when I asked why they keep bothering me, they just cut me off. It’s strange how they can choose to ignore me but not get tired of pestering people over and over. They always bring up some insurance claim from the last couple of years that I’ve never even heard of. So how on earth did they get that info? It’s unsettling and really stressing me out. Does anyone know how I can block their number on my phone? I’d appreciate any help.
