I've noticed this number popping up as a missed call on my phone, but I haven’t the faintest clue about who it belongs to.

This particular number has been bothering me with multiple calls throughout the day, usually three or four times. It's quite irritating, to be honest. I've chosen not to pick up since I have no idea who it belongs to.
