I’ve got the TPS registered on my number, but they just keep ringing me up non stop. They don't seem bothered at all by the warning about the fine. It’s like they just ignore it completely.

Got a couple of calls from some automated voice claiming they were Visa. Said there was a £900 charge on my card and i had to hit 1 to talk to my bank and fix it. Definitely sounded dodgy to me.
