Got a voicemail saying it was from Amazon, warning me my Prime membership would be charged and to press ‘one’ if I wanted to sort it. I pressed one, and some bloke with an Indian accent answered, with loads of background noise like a busy call centre. When I asked if this was really Amazon, he just swore at me and ended the call. Proper rude and weird.
