Picked up the phone and there was just silence for a moment, then the call suddenly dropped. I’ve put the number on my block list now.

Got a call on the 12th Nov around 3:42 pm, didn’t say anything and hung up. Blocked the number right away!!

I got a call saying there was a problem with my BT internet service, which made me suspicious since I don’t even have BT internet. Before this, someone else rang me pretending to be from Virgin Media with the same story, telling me to log into my device so they could “fix” the issue. Honestly, it felt dodgy right away. I wouldn’t trust these calls at all.
