I think it was a scam so I just blocked the number straight away.

A caller claimed they were representing a life insurance company. When I inquired about how they obtained my information, they first mentioned it was my mate “Amanda” who had passed on my details. Then, quite bizarrely, they switched and accused “Emma” instead. When I pushed back on their erroneous claims, they had the audacity to call me a liar and hung up on me as soon as I mentioned I’d consider reporting their dodgy call. Truly absurd!
