Got a call from someone who just wouldn’t give up, even after I told them I couldn’t hear very well. They claimed to be from Royal Mail, but I’m pretty sure they were lying because we have a really great postwoman around here who always does the deliveries.

Watch out, this person tries to trick you by saying they can hook you up with an IVA to lower your debt repayments. They say they got your contact through the Debt Resolution Forum. Both the Debt Resolution Forum and IVAs are legit, but they’re just using these real things to fool you. Avoid sharing any personal details with them, it's definitely a scam.

Got a call from this debt company claiming I owe £5,000, which I definitely don’t. I actually have no debts at all, and all three callers had heavy Indian accents. What a load of rubbish!

I used one of those website thingies to see if I could save some money on my energy bills. After I clicked to get a quote, it said someone from their team would be ringing me. I phoned them up and asked them nicely not to call anymore but, annoyingly, they called me again anyway!
