Received a call from an unresponsive number.

This number has been persistently ringing both my mobile and home phone. It's becoming quite bothersome and I feel as though I'm being harassed.

I've received a barrage of dubious calls today, and this number came up on my screen. Straightaway, I knew I had to check it out on here. It’s astonishing to see how many warnings have been logged about it all at once. I wasted no time and blocked it without hesitation!

I've received numerous calls from this particular number, but I've chosen to disregard them altogether.

The call ended before I had a chance to pick up.

No response, just silence.

Definitely not from Carphone Warehouse – it's a total con! Just hang up as soon as you pick up.

When I picked up the phone, the caller hung up immediately.

Blimey, the voice was so robotic I could barely make out a word! They've been blocked straight away!

I received a call from 01275275007, and the person on the line said they were affiliated with O2, despite the fact that I'm actually with EE. They were attempting to entice me with a fantastic offer of more than 50% off my contract. Quite suspicious if you ask me!

I let the call drop, as I prefer to take my time. This way, the caller gets tied up trying to con someone else instead.

I let the call slip past me, and honestly, I'm rather pleased I did after coming across the remarks regarding this number.

The call quality was shocking, I’d strongly advise cutting it off.

Not a single word from them...yet another number on my block list. Honestly, my blocked contacts are outnumbering the ones I’ve saved. It’s getting rather ridiculous, don’t you think?

I had a call that was completely mute.

Received a call from what seemed like a telecom firm. Struggled to make out what they were saying due to their thick Asian accent. It felt a bit dodgy, almost like they were trying to rope me into a shady mobile contract.

They call and then drop the line without a word – utterly vexing!

Received a call earlier today, but they didn’t disclose which business they were representing or the purpose of their call. They ended the call rather abruptly.

The call came from a number linked to Cleveland, England. I've no acquaintances in that area, so I decided to let it ring out as the number didn't ring any bells. Strangely, there was no voicemail left for me either.

Claimed to be from a firm that I've never come across before.

I picked up the call, but they just ended it abruptly.

Hello there – be wary of an individual claiming to be associated with O2; they're attempting to con my wife out of her money.

I was quite distressed, to be honest. He kept repeating the same phrases again and again. I really couldn’t make head or tail of it; it sounded like he was just hurling insults in a foreign tongue. The phrase “teri maa di pudi” cropped up multiple times and I’m curious if anybody could shed some light on its meaning? My usual go-to for searching seems to be playing up at the moment.

They rang me up, purporting to be from Carphone Warehouse, stating they could knock a tenner off my bill as part of a promotional deal. However, things got a bit fishy when they began posing questions that someone from Carphone would certainly already know. That’s when I decided to end the call.

The moment I picked up the phone, there was nothing but dead air on the other end.

Claiming to represent Carphone Warehouse, she called me up. When I inquired about her location, she informed me it was London. I pointed out that the number she dialled from was actually registered in Clevedon. Quite perplexed, she insisted that Clevedon was part of London. I had to clarify, insisting that Clevedon is in the south-west of England, miles away from the capital. One can only deduce that this is likely a call centre in India utilising fraudulent UK numbers.

Received a dodgy phone call from EE. I've gone ahead and blocked the number and reported it.

Received a call from someone with an Indian accent who greeted me with the typical "Hello, Madam. It's O2". I decided to hang up on them and subsequently blocked the number. 1st April 2022 at 1:10 PM.

I received a call purportedly from Tesco Mobile, but when I mentioned that I wasn’t a customer of theirs, the caller began probing about my current provider and my monthly payments. I firmly stated that it was none of his concern and that I'd check in at my nearest Tesco if they had any deals on offer. At that point, he abruptly ended the call!

I received a call that I missed, and when I attempted to return it, the line dropped after just a couple of rings. Very peculiar!

I received a call from someone with a typical Indian accent, mentioning something about potentially slashing broadband costs by up to 50%. Honestly, I could barely catch what they were saying because of the terrible line quality. Quite the advertisement, isn't it? It's high time that this government finally addresses the issue and puts an end to these nuisance calls. But given the current leadership, I wouldn’t hold my breath for any proper action!
