Got a call from some overseas call centre claiming to be Sky tech support. They said my Sky router was infected with some virus or malware and offered to fix it to boost my internet speed. They wanted me to share what gadgets I’d connected to the router and the router’s status. Without giving anything away, I asked them to prove they had my account info and personal details. Right after that, they hung up on me. Total scam, stay well clear!
