I keep receiving calls from 01274884433... it's quite relentless, really. They seem to ring me almost daily, and occasionally I even get bombarded with two or three calls in one day. I tend to ignore the calls, yet somehow, they don't seem to grasp that I have no intention of responding. Quite baffling, if you ask me!

I've been receiving numerous calls from this number, and each time I pick up, it's always someone claiming to be from Microsoft or Windows, saying there's an issue with my computer. The hilarious part is I don’t even own a computer! I usually just let them know that they're up to no good and remind them that their actions are quite dodgy.

Got a call from some bloke, said his name was David and claimed he was from Microsoft, saying my PC had been compromised. I mentioned my son works at Microsoft and I’d ask him to check it out. The guy kept pestering for my name and talking over me till I got fed up. Then he suddenly said the call was being recorded. As if that bothers me, ha!

The phone has rung a couple of times, but I’m not one to pick up calls from unfamiliar numbers. If it's important, they ought to leave a message on my voicemail. Naturally, they haven't, so whoever it may be will just have to do without a response from me!

Waking up to the phone ringing at 7:20 in the morning is quite unsettling, isn’t it? It makes you instantly think the worst, like who might have passed away? It’s high time the powers that be took action against these nuisance calls. Is there any oversight on these scams at all?

I received a call from a chap with a foreign accent, claiming to represent some computer service. When I mentioned that I didn’t possess a computer or laptop, there was an awkward pause. I then inquired if he had any further questions. To my astonishment, he told me to "f" off not once, but twice, saying I had been quite impolite to him. It really is about time we put an end to these sorts of unsolicited calls from such dubious companies!

Theyve been ringing me about three times a week for the past couple of months. Most times I just let it ring or hang up straight away. Would block the number if my old landline had that option but sadly it dont. Just ignore it and tell mates and family to do the same. Just checked your info - on my phone it comes up as an international call even tho it's from Bradford! X

He then called me by a name that isn’t mine or on the message, but never said who he was. Received a call at half past eight this morning while I was still tucked up in bed, so it went to voicemail. They didn’t leave a message, and when I looked up the number, I got a bit uneasy about the 01274 area code. A quick search revealed it was a known scam. Part of me wishes I'd picked up because I have my own little method of dealing with these callers. You see, I keep a whistle by the phone-like something a bobby would have. I usually let them rant on for a bit, and then I give my whistle a good blow. The noise that erupts is absolutely deafening for them! I highly recommend this tactic; it's rather gratifying to dish out a bit of discomfort to those nefarious characters.

I've had the misfortune of receiving three calls from them, with two coming through this very morning. I made it quite clear I wasn't interested and hung up. However, she took it upon herself to call me back and seemed quite irritated about me hanging up on her. I explained that I was just waking up from a night shift and wasn't in the mood for chatter. She's apparently planning to ring again later, but I'm prepared for her this time!

I received a rather curious call from someone claiming to be 'David' from Microsoft, though his accent was distinctly Indian. He insisted there was an issue with my computer and promised he could sort it out. He asked me to power on my PC. Typically, I like to mess around with these callers, dragging the conversation out since it keeps them from targeting someone more susceptible. But alas, it seems he figured out my little game and abruptly ended the call. How very disappointing! I find great amusement in giving them a run for their money!

I recently received a rather unsolicited phone call from this number, with the caller wanting to chat with my spouse regarding our computer setup. I firmly requested the company's registration number as a precaution, as I suspected something might be amiss (which was a tad fabricated!). When he pressed me for details about my concerns, I reiterated that I needed the registration information before engaging further. The next thing I knew, he was insisting on speaking to my husband again, but I stood my ground and demanded the number first. This seemed to infuriate him, and he practically erupted into a stream of expletives, labelling me as incredibly rude and telling me to shove off. I decided enough was enough, hung up, and made it clear that I'd report him should he attempt to contact me again.

Got a call from this number, someone wanted to talk to my husband about our computer. I asked for their company registration number as I was checking for fraud (just made that up!). They asked why I needed it and what I was searching for. I said I'd need that number before answering anything else. Then they insisted on speaking to my husband again, but I refused till I got the number. Suddenly, they started screaming abuse at me, calling me rude and telling me to go away. I hung up and said I'd report them if they called again.

Some bloke with a foreign accent claimed he was calling from Microsoft. When I questioned whether it was a scam, he insisted he'd prove it. So I played along and he asked for my PC’s serial number. Today, we received multiple calls from this number, and the person on the other end, who had a distinct Asian accent, appeared rather clueless. He kept insisting there was some kind of red alert concerning our computer. As the conversation progressed, he became increasingly irate and even resorted to abusive language, threatening to come to our home and involve the police, claiming that we were engaging in illegal activities from our computer. Meanwhile, I was on my mobile trying to alert the authorities, while my husband continued to engage with this man on our landline. Despite our clear statement that we recognised this as a scam, he persisted. If you happen to get a call from this number, I strongly urge you to block it immediately.
