It seems that they've managed to acquire some rather sensitive historical data about previous incidents. It’s quite likely there's been some sort of information breach. When I was dealing with the Co-op, they seemed to have a wealth of knowledge about the mishap, including details of my vehicle and other specifics. Strangely, though, they had no clue that I was the one responsible for the accident! Just a friendly heads-up to everyone-stay vigilant!

I made a courteous request for confirmation, to which he replied he needed to ascertain my identity first. I then turned the tables and asked how he intended to verify his credibility. After a bit of back-and-forth, he abruptly stated, “I’ve got two words for you,” to which I responded with a polite “Thank you.” However, he retorted with a rather rude “F*** off” before disconnecting the call. I attempted to call back, but it seems nobody is picking up on their end. Absolutely appalling behaviour and shockingly unprofessional!
