I had a rather unfortunate experience with what I now suspect is a fraudulent sofa company. I ordered two sofas and, to my dismay, when they arrived, they were entirely the wrong ones. When I tried to reach out to the "delivery driver" for a collection, he simply blocked my number. Curiously, the delivery note bore the name "the sofa company manchester," yet after digging a bit deeper, it became glaringly obvious that this business doesn't actually exist. On top of that, the seller has since blocked me on Facebook Marketplace. The individual I dealt with went by the name of EMAN FATIMA. A word of caution: steer clear of purchasing sofas on Facebook, especially those advertised with a "CASH ON DELIVERY" option!
