Got a call from this Jackie at Avicenna Medical Practice, but honestly, I shouldn’t have been contacted. I began switching away from them on 12th May around 4:03pm because of some dodgy stuff. Apparently, my patient records were switched over to a Leeds practice by the NHS without my say so.

I’ve been trying to switch away from Avicenna Medical Practice ever since I found out there was fraud involved by someone working for the NHS. Despite this, they still rang me, even though the case was sent to Leeds LS9, an area nowhere near where I live or work. They really shouldn’t have bothered calling me.
