Got calls from some scammer pretending to be TalkTalk but using names like Vanutech or Wipro. They kept ringing both my landlines, numbers from 01274 500930 to 01274 500939. I’ve now blocked all of those on our two different group utilities community call blockers, so hopefully they can’t bother us anymore.

Got called a couple of times earlier today. When i picked up the second time, some bloke claimed he was from TalkTalk and said there was an issue with my router. Classic scam alert. Don’t hand over any info to them. Just say you ain’t with TalkTalk, even if you are, and they’ll drop the call straight away. After that, make sure to block the number!

Number showed up on my caller id but I didn’t know it so I just left it. Blocked it afterwards anyway.
