A rather accented chap, I must say, was lurking in the background, claiming he could help with our sluggish computer. He was exceptionally pushy and took great umbrage when we expressed our hesitance to engage with him. This lady called us thrice due to some dodgy line, leaving us rather puzzled since we had already reported an issue with our web startup to Microsoft. To make things even more strange, she addressed us by our names. We decided to cut the call short just as she was about to guide us to her website. Quite the odd episode, to be sure!
